Things are going good : )
Well things seem to be going pretty good. My cuz made it to my house today with the gazelle and the ab lounge and we worked out together!! First workout went good, I done a mile and half on the gazelle and spent around 30 mins on the ab lounge. I kinda dread tomorrow though because I don’t know how sore I will be lol. But I guess my body is going to be telling me ” see if you would workout more I wouldn’t have to do this to you” lol. Well I’m going to work out every day. Unless I am just so sore I can’t. But that is my goal, even if it’s just a mile or 15 mins I will get on the gazelle and the ab lounge every day that is my goal. I want to add in other things as well though. I’m thinking of getting me an excercise ball this weekend. But I definetely want to get some scales and measuring tape so that I can track my body changes. I done turned my bonus room into a workout room today. : ) I taped a few rules for myself for a little daily reminding glance and a workout log to the wall. That way I can track how much I’ve been excercising every day. One of my new rules, well old but new, it’s one I used to use when I was slim but my back in use rule I guess you can say is No eating after 8 pm. It’s better not to because it’s close to bed time and your body doesn’t burn the calories as much when your sleeping. As soon as I get my scales I will definetely update my weight. Way to go getting your workout in and setting up your fitness room! I would love to have a room for equipment! How awesome!
